Emerys, LLC ("Emerys", "we", "us") develops software to fit today's needs. This policy explains how we handle information across our software and websites (collectively, the "Services"). Where a specific product needs additional terms, we provide them in that product.

• Usage and device information — basic technical data needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
• Location— some products offer location-based features. Where they do, we request your device's permission first and use location only to provide that feature. We do not sell location data.

• To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services.
• To communicate with you, including account, support, and service notices.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that host and operate the Services under contract, and where required by law or to protect rights and safety. Where Emerys provides a Service on behalf of an organization, that organization controls the relevant data and we act as its processor.

Security and Retention

We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and support for two-factor authentication. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

Your Choices and Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@emerys.co. Where a Service uses location, you can decline or revoke the permission in your device settings. If a Service is provided through your employer or another organization, contact them as well, since they control those records.

Children

The Services are intended for business and adult use and are not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above will change, and material changes will be communicated through the Services.
